Costumes & Clothing Returns

We want you to love your costume! Costumes and clothing items are eligible for change of mind returns within 30 days of purchase only if:

  • The item is unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • All original tags are still attached

  • The costume or clothing is returned in its original packaging, in a condition suitable for resale

  • No signs of wear, makeup, perfume, or damage

If you’re unsure about sizing, fit, or style, please contact us before purchasing — we’re happy to help you choose the right option.

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind on eligible items, you can return the items within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the item price, provided all of the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and undamaged

  • All original tags must still be attached

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, in a condition suitable for resale

  • Packaging is unopened and undamaged

Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Hygiene & Health Exclusions

For health and hygiene reasons, change of mind returns are not accepted on the following items once the packaging has been opened, or if the item has been worn or tried on:

  • Wigs and wig caps

  • Faux beards, moustaches, and hair accessories
  • Stockings, hosiery, socks, and undergarments

  • Eyelashes, cosmetics, face or body accessories

  • Prosthetic items

  • Any item that has been worn, altered, or shows signs of use

These items can only be returned if they are faulty or incorrect.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange a full refund or replacement.


Returns Process:

Once we receive your return, the item will be inspected to ensure it meets our returns criteria. If it does, your refund or exchange will be processed and issued promptly.

If the item does not meet the criteria (e.g., it has been worn, damaged, or is not in resalable condition), the return will not be accepted, and the item will be returned to you at your expense.
